Meet the Founder,
George Roberson
With over 25 years of experience in movement, fitness, and wellness education, George Roberson founded Life Iz Movment to bridge the gaps among healthcare, neuroscience, and human movement.
Inspired by personal experiences with mental health, athletic performance, Tai Chi, diaphragmatic breathing, and healing through movement, George developed an approach that combines science, compassion, and transformation.
